Toy Identification for Safe Reuse & Recycling
A system developed through pre-competitive collaboration between toy manufacturers, charities, and sustainability organizations to identify toys, detect recalls, and enable safe reuse and recycling.

Our Initial Focus
Image Identification
Upload a photo of a toy. Our system identifies the name, brand, materials, and product archetype.
Recall Detection
Cross-reference against CPSC and international recall databases to identify safety risks.
WEEE Detection
Identify electronic components and batteries that need special handling and recycling.
Safety-First Routing
Flag recalls, electronics, and hazardous components. Basic routing: safe to reuse/recycle or needs special handling.
